It is going to be the 80th Annual Meeting this year for the C-E Federal Credit Union in Texas. They will be having on Monday, February 24th, at the Doubletree Hilton Hobby Airport. What a momentous occasion to celebrate such a long lineage of credit union community building. We have heard how the members enjoy the annual event and that they have some great raffle drawings.
We wanted to give a special shout out to all of the CEOs and the Board of Directors for being such an essential aspect in the credit union industry. The CEOs work tirelessly to make sure that everything in their credit union is properly running, goals being met & exceeded, and controlling the operational activities of the workplace while making sure that all the policies are being full-filled. Working hand in hand with the CEO, the Board of Directors plays a significant role in helping keep the credit union running by monitoring the financial, management, and corporate performances. While also being responsible for the general direction of the institution, the board of directors is very educated in understanding the ins and outs of what needs to be permitted to make the credit union more successful. Both sides working together truly create a great team that wants the best for the company, staff, and members.
